  Warranty on mobile phone/handset (product) is based on manufacturer's specifications covering periods of 12 months for all parts as from the date of purchase and activation but not including damages caused by:

  • Water, humidity, chemical or fluid substances
  • Fall or crash resulting in malfunction Electric current that does not meet the specifications of the manufacturer or electricity generator e.g.
  • Improper use of batter
  • Improper repair or modification by unauthorized person or non-TrueMove mechanic
  • Adaptation, destruction or remove of the warranty sticker from the product
  • Fire, crime or other natural disasters
  • Animals or insects

Things you need to know before visiting repair drop point
 
  • Reset and restore
  • Back up data with iTune on your PC or notebook before visiting a repair drop point
  • Bring a document of purchase e.g. receipt and the buyer's ID card (if not presenting in person, a certified true copy of the owner's ID card and a proxy are required.)
  • In case of defective accessories, the iPhone handset is also needed for checking.
  Remarks:
 
  • No backup service is provided.
  • TrueMove is not responsible for any loss of data and damage of programs or software stored on the product during repairing period.
  • TrueMove is not responsible for any loss of accessories, e.g. skin case, coming with the repaired product.
  • Any other accessories e.g. SIM card, invisible shield and skin case that do not meet the standard are not accepted for repair.
  • Replacement is provided only if the product is on warranty period.
