This Promotion is valid as from 01 January 2009 to 31 December 2010. |

| 3. |
The details of this Promotion are as follows: |

| 3.1 |
|
This Promotion is applicable to GPRS and/or EDGE use on an overseas network. |
| |
|
|
| 3.2 |
|
In the event that GPRS and/or EDGE usage per network does not exceed 399 Baht per day, the customer will be charged per Kilobyte based on the actual GPRS and/or EDGE usage and the current tariff of each accessed network. |

|
|
| 3.3 |
|
In the event that GPRS and/or EDGE usage per network exceeds 399 Baht per day, the customer will be charged at the rate of 399 Baht per day. |
| |
|
|
| 3.4 |
|
The promotional Service Fees will be calculated based on actual use before being adjusted in accordance with terms and conditions of the promotion on the invoice issuance date, and any Service Fees for use of GPRS and/or EDGE exceeding the promotional rate and set forth in clause 3.3 will be deducted from the Service Fees to be paid by the customer pursuant to this promotion. |

| 3.5 |
|
The Service Fees will be calculated on the daily use from 0:00:00 to 23:59:59, based upon the time that the customer accessed the network. |

| 3.6 |
|
The Service Fees are for the use of one network per day. If the customer accesses more than one network in a single day, the Service Fees shall be multiplied based on the number of networks accessed. |

| 4. |
The aforesaid Service Fees as set forth in Clause 3 cover only the use of GPRS and/or EDGE services through the overseas networks as determined by True Move, and exclude calls to any mobile phones or any fixed line numbers which are used or registered in Thailand or overseas, special numbers, domestic and international Short Message Services (SMS), domestic and international Multimedia Message Services (MMS), Voice Mail Services, domestic GPRS and/or EDGE services, Fax/Data Services, Data Transfer Services, Information Services, International Call Services, International Roaming Services and other value-added services. |

| 5. |
The customer shall be charged for other services at the normal True Move rates. |

| 6. |
All aforesaid Service Fees exclude value added tax. |

| 7. |

| 8. |
True Move reserves the right to terminate this Promotion or make changes to the terms and conditions or Service Fees without prior notice to the customer. The customer acknowledges and agrees that True Move shall not be liable to the customer as a consequence of any such termination or changes. |

| 9. |
True Move shall not to be liable for any loss or damage or loss of data as a consequence of any delay or disruption of data services or access failure, or hazardous data or content downloaded from the internet. The customer shall take sole responsibility for such acts and ensure that all content data downloaded comes from a reliable source. |

| 10. |
These English terms and conditions have been translated from the Thai language. In case there is any divergence of interpretation, the Thai text shall prevail. |

| 11. |
Objectives of the contract”: The User agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The User shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.
If the User commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the User offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the User uses the services by any of the following ways:
(1) Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
(2) Use the service by way of defraud; or
(3) Use the service illegally. |

| 12. |
TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend or discontinue this promotion if it considers that there is any dishonest behavior or fraud of document so as to take advantage of this promotion or abuse of mobile phone service or any illegal act or failure to comply with terms and conditions of this promotion. |
