2. Receipt of 5,000 Baht deposit payment
Remark: Customers are required to pick up the phone in person within 7 days after
having been notified of pickup date and time otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of right. Transfer ownership is not acceptable.
Customers who select to pick up the phones at True Shop United please come to pick up your phones at True Shop CP Tower because True Shop United has not been open for service yet.
Customers who select to pick up the phones at True Shop Central Ladprao please come to pick up your phones at True Shop IT Mall Fortune 3rd floor because True Shop Central Ladprao has not been open for service yet.

If you have received a SMS notifying to pick up your phone but have not been contacted by a TrueMove representative, you are welcome to pick up your phone at your nominated shop.
