Inter SIM Terms and Conditions
1. The Inter SIM sales promotion is for prepay TrueMove subscribers. Subscription period is from 1 October 2011 to 31 March 2012 or until TrueMove decides.
2. Calls made to any networks are charged at 1 Baht per minute (rate excludes 7% value-added tax and rate after VAT is 1 Baht 7 Satang per minute) throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing and a fraction of each minute is counted as one minute.
3. These service charges are for registered domestic mobile or fixed line numbers and exclude calls to special numbers, international service or international roaming, international calls and other value added services.
4. Service rates for international calls via 00600 international calling code for this sales promotion are as follows:
4.1 Service rates start from 1 baht/min. 24 hours a day for calls to any fixed line number registered in Unites States of America Canada China Hong Kong Singapore
4.2 For international calling rates to other countries, subscribers can check rate at www.truemove.com
4.3 A call will be charged as a unit of minute. The excess of one second is charged as one minute.
4.4 These call rates do not include value added tax charges.
5. Service rates for international calls via 006 international calling code for this sales promotion are as follows:
5.1. For international calls via 006 international calling code will be charged a special rate which depend on destination country starting from of 3 baht/min.
5.2. This special international calling rate is only available to any fixed line or mobile number registered in the listed countries.
5.3. A call will be charged at a minimum of one minute and the next minutes will be charged as a unit of six seconds totaling 10 units. The excess of one unit is charged as one unit.
5.4. You can check the service rates at www.truemove.com.
5.5. These call rates do not include value added tax charges.
6. These call rates via 006 and 00600 international calling code are only for outgoing calls (voice service). They do not include SMS, International Roaming and other value added services.
7. TrueMove number can access IDD 006 by pressing “+” button on your phone before country code
8. 006 and 00600 international calling code service is offered by True International Communication Company Limited.
9. Sending sms to a number registered in a foreign country will be charged 5 baht per message. (exclude VAT/ rate include VAT 7% will be charged at 5.35 baht per message)
10. Participants of this sales promotion will get 365 days service validity immediately by topping up value from 10 baht to 1,000 baht. The subscriber can only collect service validity up to 365 days.
11. Subscribers who do not make call or top up TrueMove Prepay credit within 90 days, True Move has the right to temporarily suspend the service for 18 days and service will be automatically terminated on day 19th.
12. Subscribers who find that service has been temporarily suspend, the subscriber can top up to TrueMove Prepay credit in order to have the service re-activate in accordance to article 10.
13. Subscribers who decide to change to another sales promotion, the subscriber can carry remaining service validity maximum at 30 days. This service validity will be instituted within the next day or 48 hours since subscriber has changed promotion.
14. Subscribers who subscribe this promotion from 1 October 2011 to 31 March 2012 will receive 5 baht as call credit and 10 baht as calling bonus credit.
15. Calling bonus credit Terms and Conditions
15.1 The subscriber must have at least 5 baht call credit left.
15.2 Except if the subscriber has calling bonus credit, True Move will calculate the service charge from this bouns amount first. Once calling bonus credit has all been spent, True Move will calculate the service charges from the subscriber’s prepaid call credit according to the rates of the promotion that subscriber has selected.
15.3 Subscriber is not able to use calling bonus credit if their service was suspended.
15.4 Calling bonus credit can be used for calls to other mobile or land line numbers, but cannot be used for international roaming service, international call, other value added services, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or changed for other sales promotions.
16. Subscribers of this promotion can subscribe to All Together Bonus campaign.
17. Subscribers can subscribe to True Life Freeview Package and hi-speed Internet Super Package. They must do this in accordance to the stipulated terms and conditions of those packages.
18. Subscribers of this promotion cannot use True Transfer Service & Mobile Top Up Service
19. Unless otherwise stipulated, this promotion is valid until 31 June 2012.
20. Subscribers of this promotion can change to other sales promotions but the right to use 00600 international calling service and international sms at special rates will be immediately cancelled after promotion has been changed.
21. TrueMove reserves the right to suspend or terminate this sales promotion if TrueMove finds that people are misusing or providing invalid documents or illegal documents when subscribing or have alternative objectives for use of this sales promotion or are misusing the program in accordance to the law, customs or terms and conditions of the sales promotion.
22. TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change, suspend or discontinue this service without prior notice if there is a regulation, order or policy of any relevant authority to amend, change, suspend or discontinue terms and conditions of this service or such order increases burden to the Company’s operation.
23. This sales promotion is for TrueMove Prapay subscribers and their benefits only in accordance to normal customs.
24. This sales promotion is in accordance to the terms and conditions stipulated by TrueMove. Subscribers able to check for more details at www.truemove.com or calling TrueMove Care Tel. 1331 or making inquiries with TrueMove sales staff. TrueMove reserves the right to terminate this service or make changes to the terms and conditions or service rates and fees. The company will then inform subscribers.
25. English terms in the advertising form have been translated from the Thai language so as to assist foreign users to understand the Company’s products and services. In case there is any divergence of interpretation, the Thai texts shall prevail.
26. Current True Move subscribers are not eligible for this promotion.
