Terms and Conditions of TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps
 
1 : This TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps promotion is applicable to TrueMove Pre Pay and Post Pay users who sign up as individual person and buy a TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps from 1 January to 31 July 2011.
   
2. The users under Clause 1 are eligible to buy TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps at a special price of 1,990 Baht (including value added tax).
   
3. Those who buy TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps and wish to sign up for TrueMove Pre Pay service are entitled for the following privilege:
 
3.1 Get free Pre Pay SIM;
3.2 Allowance for EDGE/GPRS access of 250 megabytes for the first month (billing cycle) from the date of first activation on TrueMove Pre Pay service. Unused allowance cannot be rolled over to the following month (billing cycle);
3.3 If wishing to use EDGE/GPRS service more than the amount specified in Clause 3.2, make calls, SMS, MMS or Wi-Fi, fee will be charged as follows:
 
3.3.1 Domestic EDGE/GPRS service is charged at 2 Baht per megabyte based on per kilobyte billing
with a fraction of each kilobyte counted as one kilobyte;
 
3.3.2 Calls made to any networks are charged additionally at 1.25 Baht per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute;
 
3.3.3 Sending domestic SMS and MMS is charged at 1.25 Baht per message;
 
3.3.4 Up to 8 Mbps Wi-Fi service is charged at 50 Satang per minute based on per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute;
3.4 The users are able to select any promotions other than those specified in this promotion.
   
4. Those who buy TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps and wish to activate TrueMove Post Pay service under this promotion are eligible for the service for a period of 6 months from the date of activation which will be charged a minimum monthly fee of 349 Baht subject to the following details:
 
4.1 Allowance for domestic EDGE/GPRS access of 250 megabytes which cannot be rolled over to the following month (billing cycle). In case of excess of the monthly allowance, fee will be charged additionally at 2 baht per megabyte based on per kilobyte billing with a fraction of kilobyte counted as one kilobyte;
4.2 Up to 8 Mbps Wi-Fi access is charged in addition to the minimum monthly fee at 50 Satang per minute based on per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute;
4.3 Calls made to any networks are charged in addition to the minimum monthly fee at 1.25 Baht per minute throughout 24 hours based on per minute billing with a fraction of each minute counted as one minute;
4.4 Sending domestic SMS and MMS is charged at 1.25 Baht per message;
4.5 Those who use TrueMove Post Pay service under this promotion and buy a TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps at a True Shop, TrueMove Shop or True Partners are entitled to the exemption of minimum monthly fee of the first, the third and the fifth month (billing cycle) from the date of activation.
   
5. Privileges: Post Pay and Pre Pay customers of this promotion are eligible for 3G* service of 750 megabytes per month (billing cycle) free of charge for a period of 6 months (billing cycle) from the date of registration for Post Pay service and 1 month (billing cycle) from the date of start using any TrueMove Pre Pay service or until further notice. Upon reach of 3G service allowance, the 3G service will be automatically disconnected and the users are able to use the free-of-charge 3G service again on the following month (billing cycle) but the unused allowance cannot be rolled over or exchanged, changed or refunded for case or any other items or transferred to any individual or corporate person.

Remark: 3G service is on a trial phased and available in permitted areas. TrueMove reserves the rights to change, amend, suspend or discontinue its 3G service at any time as it deems appropriate with notice through any appropriate communication channels.

   
6. Fees under Clauses 3 and 4 are applied to calls made to domestic mobile or fixed line numbers as well as specified value added services which exclude calls made to special numbers, international calls, international roaming, special message service pr any other value added services and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other promotions.
   
7. All aforesaid fees are exclusive of VAT.
   
8. Upon switching to any other promotions, privilege under Clause 4.5 shall be ceased immediately.
   
9. The following is conditions for use of TrueMove Pre Pay service:
 
   
9.1 The users are eligible for True Transfer or Mobile Top Up after having the TrueMove Pre Pay service activated at least 75 days;
9.2 The users may switch to other promotion by dialing 9305 and service charge is applied as per the condition of each promotion. Accordingly, the users acknowledge and agree that any privilege under this promotion will be then ceased upon switching promotion.
   
10. “Objectives of the contract”: The user agrees to use the service under this promotion for normal, personal and individual use with honest interest, not for otherwise. The user shall not use, exploit, modify or commit any act on technology or system or any other devices so as to connect or relate to such service and shall not commit or omit any act that can be described or anticipated or believed that it shall cause an immoral act or a damage or an unfair treatment to TrueMove or any other person directly or indirectly or disturbance or inconvenience or hazard to network or make the network or its part malfunction in any way.

If the user commits any act according to the aforesaid paragraph, it shall be deemed that the user offends the objectives of the contract. TrueMove reserves the rights to immediately terminate its service under this contract if there is a reasonable ground to believe that the User uses the services by any of the following ways:
 
10.1 Use the services against the contract or the prohibition of the contract or offend the objectives of the contract or has a dishonest intention towards the service or commit any act that causes or can be anticipated or believed that it shall cause damage to TrueMove in any way; or
10.2 Use the service by way of defraud; or
10.3 Use the service illegally.
   
11. TrueMove reserves the right not to be responsible for connecting TrueMove Aircard 7.2 Mbps device with other mobile networks.
   
12. TrueMove reserves the rights to suspend, change or terminate this Terms and Conditions if there is any illegal act or failure to comply with specified Terms and Conditions or if TrueMove wishes to amend or change or cancel service rates as well as Terms and Conditions with at least 30-day advance notice through any appropriate communication channels.
   
13. TrueMove reserves the rights to amend, change, suspend or cancel its service without prior notice if there is any regulation, order or policy of any relevant public authority causing TrueMove to amend, change, suspend or cancel this Terms and Conditions or such order increases burden to TrueMove operations.
   
14. Existing users cannot switch to this promotion.
   
15. It is recommended that the users should check Terms and Conditions of content service before applying for this promotion.
   
16. English wordings herein are only a translation for convenience of foreign customers to understand the contents of the promotion. If the English translation conflicts or differs from Thai, the Thai texts shall prevail.
